Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce Charity Fund Committee 2026 Higher Education Encouragement Award

The Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce Charity Fund Committee will accept applications for the 2026 Encouragement Award from 6 October to 30 October. Students from financially disadvantaged families who have excellent academic results and have been admitted to a university or college (non-profit educational institutions only) may obtain the application form from the Chamber. Please contact the PCCC Secretariat for the eligibility requirements and application rules.

The Charity Fund allocates funds for encouragement awards annually. Interested applicants are encouraged to enquire early and must provide proof that they have been accepted, or will be accepted, by a university or college to facilitate assessment.
