IT ADOPTION & PROBLEM
Many SME & SMI has been slow in ICT adoption. This committee will attempt to enhance such adoption by organizing dialogue to instill ICT knowledge and awareness and educate the SME & SMI so that they would be able to appreciate the advantage to be gained from ICT. Specific problems on software and hardware needed more attention. Cases such as software provider going out of business and inconsequence, no continuous support for the software. The issues of authentication of service provider has been discussed may alleviate such concern. Adoption of cloud computing will also enhance ICT adoption.
